  My radiant floor heat went out and they charged me a large sum of money for components not used and installed incorrectly, they wired the boiler and thermostats wrong, the floor heat barely worked and my propane bills skyrocketed because my furnace had to work extra hard. When I confronted the owner he acknowledged the work but this licensed and bonded contractor, “lost” the work record. I had to pay $3000.00 dollars to fix all of the damage. No remorse. DO not use this company.

  Tom always does a great job! We've had a water leak, a cracked pipe, and had to replace a water heater - every time we called him he came out the SAME day. One time was even after 5:00 p.m.! I always feel the charge is fair and being able to have a regular plumber that we trust is a huge relief. Thanks Cactus Mechanical!

  I was scheduled for an appointment on October 24th 2019 at 4:30 pm. The technician never showed up. I did not receive a phone call, no follow-up, nothing. This is totally unacceptable. As a retired government employee and twice honorably discharged veteran from the United States Army, I feel that maybe I was discriminated against. I will never do business with this company and do not recommend them at all. Thank you.
