  Heights on unprofessionalism ! This guy called Chris didn't even know how to pick up a phone and greet a customer. This gentleman gave me an appointment window, did not confirm it on text, I called back and he confirmed the appointment. I called back when he did not show up and this guy is more than casual to report that he is a little busy and had the audacity to suggest another non serious appointment.
