  Several months ago we had a severely backed up kitchen sink. We were responded to early the following morning and serviced professionally in about an hour and the service fee was in our opinion very reasonable plus there were parts needed in our sink drain replaced. Two days later the water flow in the drain slowed down. The same employee returned, found the issue and our drain has been perfect now for many months. Furthermore, the return visit was covered at no additional cost to us. The experience we have had is worthy of our posting a positive review
