  Our water heater started leaking on Friday. And by Monday afternoon we had our new water heater. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

  Had them install central air, that was fine. He did a good job we thought but when he left we had a leak in the basement. He came back after about an hour and fixed it. He also gave us a quote while here on putting heating vents in 2 of my children's room which are in the partially finished basement. We told him it would be towards the end of summer before we did it, mid summer we called and left messages. Got no return calls, so needless to say there are no vents put in so my kids will have to all 3 share a room this winter till the vents get put in. Not very good at communicating or customer service.

  Curt and Dan ripped out my junk 30 year old system and installed a brand new high efficiency furnace and A/C unit. His work is top notch and his knowledge and customer service is even better! It's always refreshing when companies answer their phones and/or quickly return calls when you leave a message. C-Ray Heating & Cooling earned my ongoing business for the life.
