  This company has awful customer service! Do not use them. You've had your warning. They installed and shower head upstairs. A month or so later, we notice the bathroom ceiling downstairs starting to bubble. They did not install the shower head upstairs properly and caused a leak. They said they would fix everything. They even had a painter come out and repair the damaged sheetrock and repaint everything. HE did a good job. But now I'm getting a bill for $500. They won't take care of it like they said they would. Even the painter was under the impression this company was going to pay him. So, they went back on their word, they are forging documents and predating them before the initial install, trying to state I knew that they were going to charge me. The first line in the document that they predated prior to all of this says "What had happened was..). This is how the first line started. HAHA! Anyone with good sense will know if your going to predate and pretend that an invoice was written before all this fuss, you don't start with "What had happened was". Ridiculous. If there was a Zero star, I'd give it.

  They are the best. Our hot water heater went out and just a few hours after we called them they had a new one installed. We have used them for several different repairs and have always been very satisfied with their customer service.
