      At first everything was good. I had them put a new septic tank and field in. They were charging me $9500 for this job. After they did the job they left a line above the ground and we had to call them back to fix it. They also stripped my driveway of most of its gravel and cracked a cement slab in my yard and the foreman that was there said “anything they do they’ll fix”. Which he fixed the slab but not my drive way. A week or so went by and we started noticing major sink holes and a trench started forming where they had dug and they left big routes sticking out of the ground and when it would rain it would flow towards the house and make a huge puddle next to the front porch and which is not good for my crawl space. It took me two weeks of calling to finally get them to come out and fix it. They brought gravel for my driveway but used more dirt from my yard to fill in the spots I complained about and they didn’t even fix the slope of the yard to make sure water would go to the ditch and not towards my house. I thought they fixed the other problems, but they did not. The issues ended up reappearing and I called twice this week to get them to come back out and Katy I believe her name is said she’ll talk to the foreman and get them back out here and that she would call me back the next day. She never called me back so I had to call them. She said she talked to the owner and the owner had said since they had already been out there once they’re not coming back to fix it so now I have to wait until tomorrow to try and talk to the owner about this before I take legal action to get dirt to fix my yard. Mind you I have a family and a toddler and my yard is not safe for because of their mistakes. I will never EVER do business with them again!!

      There technician is running 80+ miles per hour on I95 making gestures for me to get out the way. Lucky I didn’t test the new brake pads I just installed. But will all the 1 star reviews seems like there drivers skills match there plumbing skills.

      The receptionist named Kailee or Kaylee (however her name is spelled), who answers the calls, is quite literally the most incompetent individual I’ve ever spoken to. She could care less about her job as far as I’m concerned, because her attitude is repulsive. I called her to put me in touch with Scottie the septic guy and she couldn’t even complete that one simple task. Instead she said she would call him and explain the situation to him and give me or my husband a call back. Well, she never did. I had to be the one to call back. When I did she told me the warranty guy was who came to the house yesterday, not an actual plumber. I told her he was the one who specifically told me that the septic system was never inspected to begin with, which makes sense why the switch was never turned to the proper setting. He also told me our septic tank is 12-16 inches from overflowing into our yard! We bought our home over a year ago, and the buildup has accumulated due to negligence that was not our doing. She then said "he's just the warranty guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about." She said we need to contact weaver homes (our builder) because they need to pay for it before they can do anything because it's their electrician's fault that they didn't go behind and check that the pump was switched back to "auto" instead of "hand." Like why would they switch it back after it being inspected???? She said it was inspected and that's what happened. Of course I tried remaining calm with her, letting her know I have 3 children, laundry that has needed to get done (since the septic alarm went off on Sunday), and who wants to wait around for feces to overflow in their yard/home, for something to get done in a timely manner? She could careless because she was talking over me almost the entire time! The nerve. Treat folks how you want to be treated! But perhaps she is content being treated poorly, who knows, maybe she’s fine with feces all over her home; it would explain her nonchalant attitude. So Miss Rude Kailee suddenly knows what electricians do and what a warranty guy doesn’t know, but is completely unaware of how to return a simple phone call and do her simple job. People who lack proper customer service and some simple empathy should NOT be employed to answer phones. Send her tail out to pump some septic tanks since she knows more about that instead, apparently. I truly hope C & M takes better care in who they decide to hire to represent them, because she has the company looking like bottom of the barrel. I also hope she is reprimanded for speaking poorly about the gentleman who came out to our home (the warranty guy) who was actually very informative and polite.
