  Good work. Unreasonable Pricing. Your $110 per hour starts the moment they leave the shop, and it continues until they are halfway to the next person's place. So even though I live 5 min from the shop and the plumbers were at my house only 35 min, they charge me for 15 min of their 30 minute journey to the next place. When I tried to call the billing lady to discuss this, she texted me in response instead of calling me back. Go with Deschutes Plumbing. Their labor is only $95 an hour and they are much more reasonable in estimates.

  Thank you for taking the time and energy to try and fix the old hot water heater and when we realized it wasn’t going to be repairable getting the new one in so quickly!! I greatly appreciate everything!!
