  I needed a new air conditioner, and quickly. My 77-year-old mom lives with me and has chronic medical problems. I have severe allergies and asthma myself, so between the 2 of us, AC is a must. My usual go-to HVAC guy was too busy to get to me in a timely fashion so he referred me to another company. I called them a few times, left several messages and they never so much as called me back. Then I called C&M. They came out the next day, gave me an estimate and had my new air conditioner installed in a matter of hours. They also work with a finance company that specializes in home improvement loans and I got interest free financing for 6 months. I make my last payment this February! The new AC worked great all summer long. There was a crack in the old drain line and when I alerted them to it, they came out right away and didn't even try to charge me for it! The service is great and fast. The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and they explain everything so I can understand it. (I didn't go to school for this stuff!) I won't call anyone else. Highly recommend!

  They were very professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they were going to and did a very nice job cleaning up when they were done. My furnace and water heater work great. As it is winter haven't tried the AC yet. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

  Paid a lot of money to have mini split system installed. The system has leaked and frozen over since day one also water damage from water condensation drain not working.
