  Chelsi I apologize if we were quick off the phone, we did not mean to be rude we just had other customers calling in at that time. As far as the estimate goes, we can not provide a quote to finish a rough-in that another plumbing company was already working on as we do not want to accept liability in case something were to go wrong with the other plumber's work. I would recommend reaching back out to them to finish the job. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  C L O'Brien is a very professional company with skilled plumbers. Above that, they are polite and respectful of the customer's home . I find that they try to come even sooner than they promise if it's possible which is a BIG plus when "things aren't right."
