  Outstanding Experience from start to finish. Marie handled our call with care and had our home filled will fantastic C and C staff within hours of our first call. Dave came to assess the problem and he was amazing, Ed came in when it was determined that a new unit was needed and he handled our situation with the highest level of professionalism. Jon, Chris, Marcus and Ryan came and installed our new unit with care and expertise. They were all so friendly and courteous, it was a pleasure to have them here. I would strongly recommend C and C to anyone!

  I am a long time customer of C&C and used them for a HVAC remodel years ago and was very happy. This past week my hot water heater died (after 11 years) and it was time to get a new one. The C&C team had me up and running again the next day. Importantly, the team LISTENED to what I was looking for - which was MORE HOT WATER. We were able to increase from 65 gallons of hot water in the first hour to >116 gallons. The crew was very courteous and explained everything to me. They gave me options and got the job done quickly and with high quality! I highly recommend C&C!

  The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional and friendly. Upon completion, they cleaned up all of the work areas, (which looked better when they left than when they arrived). The only issue that arose was that the condensate pump wasn't working properly, and it was located in an area where it could be heard too easily in our living spaces. Brian came out and replaced the pump, and relocated it to where the noise was significantly reduced. He also went a couple extra miles and made some improvements to the functionality of the drain tube. The guys in the field, from the salesman (Ed) to the techs were great, but I don't want to pass over the folks in the office. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. If every business was run like this one, the state's Consumer Affairs office would have to close due to lack of work.
