  My place of business used their services, I signed off on a work order with a specific grand total on it. They did not have a way of running a credit card so took info and ran it later and added the credit card fee. I feel this is very unprofessional then I have had to call three times, was told a refund of the difference will be issued and still waiting weeks later called again no return call.

  Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fixed what we thought was a major expensive issue, in a short time, quick fix & very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!
