  Losing one of your heaters during a freezing spell was horrible, but finding CB Lucas was awesome. Our technician Bill was just great. He was very honest and tried to do the work as economically as possible. We had to backorder a part and they were honest in the pricing and the estimated time to repair.   Bill did a great job today. Showed up within a few hours of being called. Maintaining COVID safety, he accessed the problem, checked it, verified, showed me and repaired with part he provided. All within one hour.
