Our second floor bathroom had a water leak which go into our first floor kitchen ceiling. Repair man named Mike immediately came out within an hour as we advised the sense of urgency since the ceiling was coming he, opened the ceiling, located the leak and swapped out the pipe, un clogged the sink that was causing the leak and repaired our shower valve as well. Price was very reasonable, especially seeing it that it was an emergency. He was quite friendly, professional and explained everything along the way. He disclosed the price ahead of time and we had zero surprises. Hard to find such an honest company, as much as you wish you never have to do repairs, I will be using them going forward for all my plumbing needs. Model company.

Bryan and his whole team were extremely professional throughout the entire process, from quote to installation. Bryan gave us an extremely competitive quote on a boiler/heater install and was able to come out and do the install the very next day! His team was efficient, effective, and they even walked me through how each system works and what I need to keep an eye on to get the longest life out of the units. I would definitely recommend BZ to anyone in need of a plumber, and would definitely use them again in the future!
