  I have used Butterfield several years ago for a foundation, well, and septic. I had been very happy with their work in the past as they were the go to business in the Hayward area. For a couple of years now, I have been trying to build a garage. Knowing that business is booming in the area, it has been hard to get the work done. After talking with the Butterfield office last summer, I was told "You are on the list for next year". I recently called the office to ask about my project, and the response was "I have never heard of your name and we are booked for the year". I have heard from neighbors that Butterfield is not the company it used to be because of their workmanship. Unfortunately, I have to agree. Butterfield has since responded and I will be using them. I will follow up my review once the work is completed.

  Have worked with the team at Butterfield for several years in the design and building of our home and it has been a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.

As always, it was discussed with you at the time of your request that due to the work load, non-emergency service calls can take some time to complete due to the high volume of service calls and priority being placed on emergency out of water situations.
