  Offered us the opportunity for arrival a day earlier than anticipated. Came that day! Did 3 jobs. Excellently. Cleaned up after their work. And were truly "nice guys". Very fair price for the extensive work they completed. Would highly recommend Dan, the gas line pro, and Breeze, the water plumber. Thank you, gentlemen.

  The owner--Doug Butler, along with Kyle and Brad, arrived at our property to assess the problem with our grinder pump. They solved the problem the same day as the telephone call. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and experienced! The work was completed quickly at a more than fair cost. This job was completed about 2 weeks ago in late January, 2021. We have used Butler at least 3 times in 2020. We have lived in the area many years, and will not consider another plumbing company. This is the ONLY plumbing company to use in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. We highly recommend Butler Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.

  My husband obtained Butler Plumbing Hilton Head Island SC to check our Hilton Head condo after we had a leak from the washer . It took 3 days for Drew to text my husband with his findings . Now at installation of our new washer we find out the connection box needs replaced . If he had thoroughly checked this would have been done and completed. We are out of town owners as most are on the island . This has caused additional inconvenience for our rental company and guests . We now had to obtain a different plumbing company to complete this work . I called Butler thinking they would complete this immediately and was greeted with attitude and lack of concern . Also was informed they could not complete today .
