  Matt and Robert were very professional and provided exceptional service even though they were not our personal HVAC service personnel. They treated us as their clients and that means something in this day and time with all the divisive issues going on. Thanks 😊 for your service. The pictures shows the non-service components that were not done by the other company after paying $9800.00 for two units in 2018.

  Butler’s installed a complete new HVAC system for us in August of 2020. They did a very professional job, and went above and beyond what was promised. When we had a problem with the heat this week, they responded to the call very quickly. The technician was nice, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the faulty part and replaced it and had us back up and running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Butler’s HVAC.

  Used another company (only because we went thru our Home Warranty) because we have been customers of Butler's since we moved to the area 4 years ago to look at our issue and they really had no clue) so called Butler's and they scheduled us the next business day for technician, Mike, to come take a look. We were notified when he was en route, he arrived much earlier (which we were happy about) and he figured out the problem within minutes of looking at the system. Mike was very professional and explained the problem, fixed it and assured all was working properly before he left. This was obviously not his first rodeo. We are very pleased with his work and HVAC knowledge which makes us feel like we are in good standing with Butler's and that they know their stuff. Also the staff who manage the calls are very professional and helpful, kudos to them as well. Thank you, Butler's for being professional, timely and honest.
