  Had a roof leak leave about 75 square feet of wet carpeting in our office. Our regular carpet guy was out of town so we called the Butler. Required to sign a contract before notification of the cost of the work. It took the guys about 5 minutes to vacuum the carpet an plug in two fans. They came back in two days and removed the fans. Billed $750. That is a rip off. Cannot recommend this company.

  I walked into standing water when I came in to open our business at 8am on Saturday morning. They were out to our business within 20 minutes of my call and within the hour all three of them were working to help get it cleaned up. Not only did the manager that came out help me think of ways to keep everything running smoothly, but after they finished cleaning they helped my staff and I move some VERY heavy massage tables to new rooms. They made what could have been a horrible experience much easier. THANK YOU!
