Great cost, great customer service, great install team, great everything…. But, day after install, realize system has not been running, won’t kick on auto heat mode even though it’s 12 degrees below desired temp (and it’s 30 degrees outside) and heating unit pushing cold air when fan forced to blow heat. Update: Called my Busby salesperson at 0730 on a Saturday morning. Had a tech out within two hours. He did a full check, found the issue (wiring, not sure if from installation or already issue with home), fixed the issue, and now my new system is operating 100%. No one wants issues, but highly impressed with how easy it was to have them come out and diagnose and fix the problem. Highly recommend.

I had the beat two techs to come to my home. Isaiah and Ray. The were proficient, professional and knowledgeable. They were very pleasant to work with. With my many questions and inquiry as to what they were doing they remain pleasant and respectful. I believe all tech should model from Isaiah and Rays example and standards they are truly a complement to the company - I can’t say enough about the two young men. Thank you Isaiah Nelson for all your hard work I greatly appreciate you and Ray.
