I would highly recommend Burton’s and the Jimmie Brown team if you are looking to revitalize your backyard pool’s atmosphere. They met every expectation and in many cases exceeded them. From the financing, to the customer service and workmanship, this team delivered an overall great experience. I would not hesitate to use their service again!

This company quoted us a respectable timeframe and beat it!! From the beginning, their professionalism has been outstanding. They made this project the smoothest we've experienced to date. When they said they were going to be there and when a certain process would be done, it definitely was. From our first meeting with Jody to design it and going over everything in detail was completely reassuring. He even drove us to see one of their past pool builds so we could decide on the shape by seeing it personally. Then Josh overseeing all aspects of it, updating us, and making sure we were pleased with everything along the way. To Ryan and all the guys that built our pool and put forth their best, we appreciate you all!!

Burton made our entire pool project work for us. We had a very specific set of criteria and limitations and they found a way to get us in a pool that worked. The sales staff Brent went above and beyond to help us and respond to our daily questions. The installer Edwin was professional, kind, and communicated with us through the entire process. Last, their onsite instructor Steve made sure all the final touches were in place. Absolutely wonderful experience and would highly recommend for large or small pool projects.

Very friendly people (Brent was our guy and amazing) that were easy to talk and get in contact with whenever we called. They didn't pressure us into buying anything when we first came and have great payment service. They were right on time for delivery/installation too! Amazing trustworthy place!

Burton Pool blew us away with renovating our pool!!!! I am so glad we did not settle with a local company. Their team drove from Fort Smith to our home which is over an hour each way.  Jody worked on the initial redesign with us. He helped explain the process, and more than exceeded the goals I had envisioned myself. Burton has selected the very best as their contractors. The demo team with Brian was topnotch! They always came to the front door to greet me before letting themselves into the backyard. They were always professional, courteous (to even my 4 year old daughter and all of her questions), and thoughtful to always watch for the safety of our dogs. Our demo was brutal. I don’t know how those men worked the way they did each day in the heat and they somehow still kept a great attitude. I absolutely am obsessed with the new patio area with the stamped and stained concrete done by Craig’s team!!! I never once during this entire process had to worry about a thing other than getting excited about our pool. Every step of the process was completed correctly and with precision. Our pool was initially installed with another company and Burton fixed their mistakes. Burton makes sure that everything is done correctly, safely, and beautifully. Jimmie is just the BEST! If you are considering a new pool or renovation- THIS business is worth waiting on for your project. I would’ve waited twice as long as I did for what my family now gets to enjoy. They will make your backyard dreams come true!

Edited .. Mr. Burton asked if I Would post a positive review due to my husband's negative one.. so I did. But as soon as I did, all of their help stopped.  They never finished correcting the issues.. Nothing!  Yes, I do have record of all the phone calls and I have all of the texts to prove this.

Brent was excellent to work with.  He kept me updated on the whole process.  The men that came out to install were very efficient and professional.  Learning how to do the chemicals has been a challenge but the staff has been so helpful and courteous.   Our overall experience has been wonderful.  We highly recommend using Burton for any pool or outdoor needs.
