  My toilet needs to be completely swapped out for a new one, 2 faucets/drain systems replaced in 2 of my bathroom sinks, shut off values replaced on all fixtures, and finally the pressure relief value replaced. Mark was amazing! Not only was he on time initially to diagnose these issues, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He explained things very simply and used analogies to help me better understand how plumbing works well and not so well due to age or corrosion. I have an appointment tomorrow to have all these things replaced. If tomorrow goes just as well, I will continue to work with Burton always.

  Keenan was very professional. He was well educated on the service, procedures, products, and life. He educated me the whole way through the process on what to do and not to do in the future. He carried allowed me to carry good conversation with him without interfering with the great job he did. Out of all the different service repair people that have been by to fix things, Keenan was by far the best. Burton is a great service that should employ more individuals like Keenan. Good work and highly educated.

  First of all, my overall experience was great. The technician showed up on time, was professional, polite, and made it easily to understand the overall health of my furnace. He also gave me a number of good recommendations on things to think about now that my heating system is getting up there in age. With that said, I can be more at ease and I have a plan of action if something were to go wrong. Thanks again for the much needed service!
