  I called to have someone install a phone jack and the woman on the phone was so helpful and honest. She told me they were so busy and it would be awhile till someone could come out but she took the effort to help me find another place to install one. This really meant a lot to me and next time I need an electrician this is definitely the place I’ll call. Thank you!!

  Called for them to inspect an outdoors faucet that was installed in December, faucet which I turned on today for the first time and caused water to pour in the kitchen under the sink (Faucets are back to back) , and man assumed that’s is because of freezing temps, when there isn’t any freezing today. I asked for a rework, and he said that was going to bill us and that if we don’t pay he would turn it over the attorneys. Three winters here and this had never happened before with the old faucet. This was the second time I used their services, and this will be the very last one. Unacceptable.
