  Called to make appt. Asked if they had anyone available. Reception said no. No conversation from her then hung up on me. Reception very rude. Guess they don't need business.

  I called and said I have haven't had any water all weekend and because of that I also have no heat. She said "no, we normally come to your area, but no." I will make sure everybody knows this.
