When I called to make my appointment I told the girl exactly what I needed done-- I needed a gas control valve replacement. I knew this because I had Woodfin come out to my house. However because of the manufacturer of my fireplace, they were unable to get the part and referred me to someone else. So I called this company. Today, when the plumber showed up, he told me exactly what was wrong- I needed to replace my gas control valve, which is exactly what I told him when he walked in my door. However, he said he could not help me, and I needed to call someone else and referred me to yet another company. I was told "I can get gas to your fireplace, but I can't fix your fireplace." What I am upset about is the fact when I made my appointment I told the scheduler EXACTLY what I needed, they sent someone out, charged me a service fee, and referred me to yet another company. The customer service reps may need some education regarding what their plumbers can actually do. I am now out 2 different service fees totaling almost 200 dollars, and my fireplace is still broken.

Burgwin plumbing added natural gas to my house (new service). I got a gas range, gas logs, and natural gas grill. Everything looks great and works great. They were very careful in my house; they did everything possible to keep things clean, including laying down cardboard on the floor and wearing booties over their shoes. I feel 100 percent confident that my house is safe from dangerous gas problems. They were always polite and on time.

Lee Burgwin has helped me with gas projects at a couple of properties. He is great to work with, knows his stuff, and is competitively priced. He has a wide variety of gas fireplace products to choose from and is very responsive when there are gas or plumbing issue or emergencies.
