Well installed at our McCracken Co home for GeoThermal Units and I would highly recommend.

I have used Burgess on multiple occasions. They're great for drilling a new well or servicing an old one

The two men were is professional as you could ask for I was well pleased with the service and I sure will use them again

Couldn't get any kind of communication about what was going on with my well for close to a month. Then to call and talk to the owner about what was going on with my well situation he ASSUMES that he has already spoken to me about this and hangs up on me. That's terrible service and I'll be telling everyone not to use this business. I'll also be contacting the better business bureau.

Very unprofessional from the moment I called for service, to the guys coming out and repairing our well. They were in no hurry to get to our house to fix us up, while we were afraid to run the water so our pump wouldn't burn up and be out even more money.

They knew they had to install my well for my new home but when my salesman called them they said that they were in Florida and would not be back till the end of January.  The owner really didn't care that we can't move into our new home.  Like I said they knew it had to be done and just blew it off.

Called them for an emergency repair, they were very prompt in responding and had the issue resolved and water flowing within 30 minutes of arriving.  Very pleased with their work

I just called them with an emergency situation involving livestock. They showed up in less than 30 minutes, found the problem, and fixed it with great speed. Could not recommend them higher. Best in the area, for sure.

Best well company around.  If you want it done right the first time,  call Burgess.

Spoke to a woman last Saturday. She told me I would hear back on Monday. NEVER HAPPENED!  Thanks for nothing.
