  I had used them in the past for pumping the septic and cleaning the filter. Called this week and was told someone would be out the next day. The next day no one called or showed up so I called and left a message. I haven't heard anything back and it doesn't look like I will be seeing anyone today either. Not sure why they aren't responding. Just a call back saying we're falling behind and need to reschedule would have been fine.

  No show!! We in need of a pump out, had an appointment, no show and no call! Called the office and Angel said "you're on the list". What list? The list to not show up! No way to do business. You won't be getting my business!
