  It is not often I review suppliers/vendors, but in this case I just had to do it! Jan Szegda was just stellar last week in helping me resolve a leaking Grohe faucet hose. Within only HOURS, she had managed to get a replacement hose coming our way from merely pictures of the old faucet and hose (no model info, etc). We received the hose the next day and I installed it promptly. This responsiveness is unfortunately not all that common, I just wanted to salute Jan for a job very well done!!!!
