  Well, 1st time they came out was quoted a certain price to pump out sewage and clear drainnline.drain line.. only pumped out water said someone else had to come out to clear drain line because they did not have the right truck they brought. 2nd person came out cleared the line and charged us another amount on top of the quote given. Said possibly have a colapsd drain field but we should be ok. (Never told us they do not to drainfields) exactly 2wks days it backs up again, came back out pumped out again and tried to charge again 25.00 more than the 1st time. Said we would have to get another company to fix drainfields... um... don't think we will be using them again.

  Mrs. Engelhardt, you originally called our office to have your septic tank emptied and we quoted a price to do so. Our crew came out and emptied the tank (contents mainly water and the level was high indicating a drain field issue). We had you flush and your main line going to the septic tank was stopped up. We quoted you a price to get the line clear. Our septic trucks do not contain drain cleaning equipment. Our drain cleaning service techs are an entirely different crew / equipment. We cleared the line. We notated you had possible bad drain fields. On the weekend two weeks later, you called again with your septic full. Our crew quoted you the weekend price and pumped the septic tank out while again notating a drain field issue. We are a strictly septic pumping / drain cleaning company. We do not install or replace drain fields. I spoke with Mr. Engelhardt and he understood what I have just explained. If you would like any further info, please call the office and ask for Jared.

  I have always been pleased with their service. However, I recently broke down in their parking lot with my terminally ill wife in the car. They were very helpful and offered what I needed to get my wife home safely and my car to the garage to get it worked on.

  called us to tell there on the way, pat and marcis were very professional cleaned the tank and unclogged the sewer lines in the house, called two other companies one said 400 dolarrs and the other one said 400 to 800 dollars There total job was 300 dollar give them a call you wont be disappointed
