  I called them first thing in the morning and they called me back and said they would try to get out. Then they called me later on in the afternoon were able to come out very quickly! Our tank was full and was backing up into our house so we are very pleased that they came out so quickly! The guy that came out was very nice and made sure that it wasn't an extra problem before he left. Very glad because I have dealt with another septic tank Company he wanted to charge thousands of dollars just find our tank which they had already found. This company was professional and courteous and very nice.

  They said the tank was to deep for them to dig and left. My son dug the tank and it was 32" deep. He called them back and they came out to pump. my son raised the lid with his crane. They pumped the tank . My son replaced the lid. This company refused to cover the tank and left. so, if you just need them to put a hose in your tank , pump and leave then they may be fine.

  Budget Septic pumped out our tank. They were quick and efficient. The technician (I didn't get his name) was very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend this company.
