  Not transparent with their rates and prices. They communicate in a way that is very confusing and even after asking multiple people a specific question, I only got vague answers. Procedures were not followed and I wasn't given an accurate bid for the work. I ended up paying $1578 for a new water heater installation when the bid was just over $800. I cannot recommend this company, although the work was quality. I feel that they are dishonest. Also, the workers claimed they did 4 hours of work but they were only here 2 and a half... Update on this review, I called to see if they would come fix their mistake and they would not admit to doing anything wrong, they ignored my phone calls, and I got hung up on twice. If I could give this place zero stars I would for customer service

  Great great service! If you are in Utah looking for maintenance for a plumber I highly recommend this team. They do an amazing job and they are super professionals and they really really care about customer service. You will have an amazing experience and the best job done possible. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommended.

  My water heater started making some "popping" noises. I was going on vacation in a few days and didn't want my leave my roommate without hot water, if it went out while I was gone. I had called around and they were the most honest. They told me everything that I'd need, (where others left out that important info), no hidden costs. They worked within my budget. The tech showed up very friendly and put booties on to protect my floors. The job was done in about an 1 1.5 hours. He had to go to the store to get a few things he didn't have on the truck. Definitely will hire them again if and when I need to.
