  I recently moved to Russell and purchased an older home whose systems hadn't been very well maintained. I had some plumbing and heating issues that needed to be looked at. I called the office Monday afternoon and Amy said she'd be able to tell me the following morning how soon they could come out. Tuesday morning she informed me that someone would be by that day. Jim was dispatched for the job. He spent part of the next 3 days working on clearing my drain line, venting the plumbing correctly, replacing my water heater and cleaning and repairing my furnace. He was very kind and knowledgeable and got the job done well. I'm very pleased with my experience with Jim, Amy and the company in general. I wasn't home when the job was finished, and Amy even met me after hours to let me pay my invoice. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. I will be calling them as needed in the future.

  This is an excellent company for plumbing issues. We had problems with our sump pump and sink. Jim was very knowledgeable and has taken care of our problem. I would highly recommend them for plumbing and other needs.

  George and his crew were amazing. Fast friendly and keep us informed every step of the way! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing work done!!!!
