  Kelly came out and gave me the information I needed on my water heater and water main. It wasn't quite time for replacements yet. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't call anyone else! Highly recommended. 2/22/2022 update I've used Budget Home Services for more repairs since my last review, and will continue to call them for work I need done. My HVAC heater went out last week and when they couldn't get the part they needed, Kirk went and found another brand part that worked. He went above and beyond to fix it before our big cold snap. They do good work, the prices are good and the people are great. I trust them. When you need a plumber and are comparing two good companies, the people and the trust are what make the decision easy. I call Budget.

  We have used Budget Home Services for years for all of our plumbing needs. They and their subcontractors (for digging) have been terrific. Their technicians are friendly, professional and very “can do”. Derrick and Nick always know how to resolve our plumbing problems and are very courteous and thoughtful. We highly recommend Budget!

  I obtained a quote for a tankless water heater through Budget Home Services. Even though I have not yet used this company, I want to recommend them, as far as honesty. Derrick was completely honest with me on why our hot water heater was not functioning properly, even though he knew this may influence our decision on whether or not to purchase a new tankless water heater. He was also up front with me about the fact that, if we get a tankless system, if there is a power outage, we would not have hot water unless we had a whole home generator. With a typical water heater (not a tankless one), there is a reserve of hot water even if the power goes out. I think Derrick should get a raise and Employee of the Year! I love his honesty, especially in today's world. So, as far as my experience with Budget Home Services, if you want an honest company (especially if you request Derrick), go with BUDGET HOME SERVICES! Thank you.
