Kevin did an outstanding job! Extremely knowledge and courteous professional electrician. He was able to answer all of the questions I had and made me feel at ease during the entire installation process. He even made a point to wait and be present when the inspector arrived and I noticed that his professionalism and expert knowledge was on full display during the inspection. I will be sure to recommend Buds to my friends and family for any of their home repair or generator install needs and I will let them know to request Kevin if he is available. Keep up the good work. We had an after-hours plumbing issue. We called a local business recommended by family, but were told they could not help us out. At a loss, we googled and found Bud's. Even though we were calling after 8pm, our call was returned in less than 10 minutes, and a tech was at our house in less than an hour. Quinn was professional, courteous, and did a great job. We could not be more grateful or happy with the service provided by Bud's. A definite recommend!

Buds is most likely the best HVAC service company in the area! They do great work and if they ever make a mistake that take care of it and fix it fairly. We have been so happy using them for a new unit and several repairs. Everyone we've interacted with is nice personable and forever having great days :)

Stellar job so far. My heating wasn't working right in a new home I just purchased. Bud's tech, Brad, was out to my house within three hours of me talking to Amanda on the phone. He was courteous, competent, and explained to me what was wrong, how it needed to be fixed, and also right away setting up the electrician to come out and assess another part of the job. Within an hour, the electrician, Kevin, was at my door with the same friendly attitude and giving me a straight explanation of what he planned to do to get the right power to my system for a new heat kit. I really am so pleased with how fast they came out. The price for the fix feels like a good value as well. They haven't done the work yet, but so far I am a very happy customer. Thank you so much!

This is a follow up to another review I left above. The first was Bud's initial call to come out and inspect the problem (missing heat kit in heat pump system and the need for proper electrical work to get to it). This review is after Brad J. and Kevin C. came out today to do the work and Wow! Still impressed by the service and work. Brad and Kevin were courteous, efficient, and got the job done in under 3 hours. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and their ETA, there was a call yesterday by the office staff to confirm, payment was easy, and I now having adequate heat coming into my system. I'm extremely pleased with the work and professionalism giving to the job. It really was well done and I will be using Bud's again for future HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs. We just moved into an old (1903) house with lots of quirks when it comes to electrical work. We needed to replace knob and tube electrical circuits, hang chandeliers on tall ceilings, and install outlets in various places. With plaster walls everywhere, nothing was simple. But their technicians did an amazing job of finding solutions and made everything work as cost effectively as possible. Awesome customer service.  Always respectful of your time and your property. Highly recommend!!

I have always had excellent service and maintenance call experience with the technicians from Bud's.  The office staff makes it easy to schedule, they call to confirm, the techs call about 10-15 minutes ahead and technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous.  They provide excellent service at a very affordable price.  I'm so glad that I have the annual maintenance service contract.

I needed quick
Service for an electrical issue I was having.  Matt T and his assistant called enroute , showed  up and had the entire issue resolved  within an hour of placing the call for help.  Buds is my go-to for all my heating and cooling and electrical needs.   Best value?  You bet!  I have never been anything but pleased with the staff/service/rates and customer service. Bud's is awesome!  I used them to replace my aging furnace and AC system.  They even relocated my air handlers to the other side of the house, out of the sun.  Love these guy!  Also called on Bud's to seal up an air duct that passes through my foundation out to my Sun Room.  Had a few leaks in a length of copper pipe in the crawl space, too, and it was Bud's to the rescue!  Did I already say that I love these guys?  :)
