  Our furnace wasn't working properly so we called Buckridge and they were out the same day to see what issue was. Turns out we needed to replace the furnace and Ryan got one ordered and replaced the next day. Great service, very friendly and turn around time to get our system replaced and heat again was truly amazing. We will definitely be calling them this coming summer when we need our A/C unit looked at next😊

  I have been doing business with Buckridge for over 25 years. They have installed and serviced 2 furnaces,1 air conditioner AND 1 water heater. Never had a problem until recently. Had them service the A/C because it was not cooling properly. The first visit did not solve the problem as well as the second visit. Called a competitor who solved the problem that should have been taken care of in the first place. When I contacted Buckridge to discuss this, I was told that Tom would call me. After 3 weeks of daily contactand messages, Tom NEVER contacted me.Evidently, keeping my bussiness after 25 years is not important anymore. THINK ABOUT THAT! I will No Longer be doing bussiness with Buckridge again, nor will Irecomend them.

  Never had issues with Buckridge honest and upfront about everything. Always great work and go above and beyond always. My home warranty usually has always sent them and this 1 time they didn’t and very mad at my warranty company the company that came out ripped me off big time made me pay a hefty amount of money as soon as they came in never got ahold of my home warranty in first place to go over work and my coverage etc Acorn Plumbing made me sign a paper and pay a ridiculous amount they were super rude and I was very upset about yesterday with Acorn and went to Buckridge to ask about what had happened to me and asked about the process on when a company comes out on a home warranty order and receptionist went above and beyond to explain everything and I explained everything that had happened yesterday and told me The company was very fishy and very thankful for their honesty and helping me that day. She advised me and super grateful.
