  My tub and kitchen drain needed a snake ran through them and the appointment was between 12-4. They arrived at 4. Very nice young men and got my drains unclogged. Saturday morning I go to use my sprayer on my kitchen sink and could not because when it was put back together the hose was caught by the pipes. I called on 4/5/22 and it would have to be at their convenience to fix the problem with the hose and pipe. Now mind you I took off a day from work because I needed the service and I paid 240.00 on April 1st. I don't get off of work until 4:30 and they can only come between working hours of 8-4. I asked about on a Saturday and that is only emergency cases that they work and I would have to pay for them to come back out. All I can do is shake my head on this. They got paid at the time of service at their convenience and they can not come out and do a 2 minute job to fix their mistake at my convenience.

  What a great company! I called trying to get a single lady that I work with a resolution to a bad plumbing problem. They were booked solid. I talked to Jamie and she said, " Don't worry. We will get this done for her today." Amazing! Won't go anywhere else.

  Dont Know how it works , but removed front lid and pushed holes as far as could about half way , there was alot on upper side that i saw. The man said something about backwash but truck wasnt working as it should so it didnt happen. Big prize i thought the complete septic tank would be pumped clean. Again i dont know , just know i worked different. Seemed to be good people maybe it will be ok.??????
