Based on my experience, I'd advise against dialing this number for Buchner Brothers Plumbing. Although a man who speaks like he knows how to plumb answers this number Google provides, and he may or may not quickly offer to stop by, he doesn't seem to be comfortable or normalized with taking calls. In fact, our interactions were so awkward I later returned to the Internet to double check my information and found the phone number Google provided me isn't the same as the number on the Buchner Brothers website. After finding this error, I foolishly thought SOMEONE at Buchner Brothers would care to know about their contradicting information, but this too proved to be untrue and only the beginning of their technology failures. After two attempts at contacting Buchner Brothers through their website's "contact us" form failed to get a reply, I emailed them directly at the address they provided. Unfortunately, not one of these communications resulted in a reply for me from the company. Again, I foolishly thought they'd care about THEIR TECHNOLOGY, THEIR INFORMATION CONTRADICTIONS, and THEIR DROPPED COMMUNICATIONS so I called them directly. Again, the decision that proved to be another terrible shame on me as their own office manager didn't seem to be bothered by all of the issues I was freely reporting to her, nor did she seem to be involved in the conversation with me. Then, in a moment of acknowledgment, she stated she had seen an email message from me but she ignored it purposely thinking that I'd been attempting to sell her something. And yet, her attention cleared and her interest returned to the call when I restated I still needed a plumber to visit my home and hopefully fix the humming of the pipes. Suddenly, she was eager to assist me with scheduling for a plumber to come listen to my house's humming pipes, an appointment that now came at the cost of $50. Shortly after getting off the phone with her, I felt stupid and uncomfortable with the service I'd already received so I chose not to proceed with Buchner Brothers Plumbing; instead, contacting Neibur Plumbing, a company that quickly proved their Internet contact forms functional, polite on all phone conversations, and ready to send a plumber out to the house without a cost involved for the initial stop.
