  Overall a awesome experience! Garett was a pro, he was able to figure out the trouble with our central cooling (and heating) Due to COVID, turnaround on parts was maybe a bit slower than usual, but he explained the situation up front during the inspection. Only a few days later, he was back, the board in our furnace was replaced, and our A/C was running again! He was even early for the follow-up, after a call to make sure I was home. Communication with the office staff was great, and between calls, texts, and emails, I had no concerns about missing a message (or an recommended for North County HVAC service.

  Ross began my day with a smile along with his professionalism and professional knowledge. He explained well and advised that I could buy a heater filter that is reusable, which is a terrifc saving for me. Ross was so easy to talk with and has a sense of humor. He checked my water heater and found that it needs to be replaced. Thank goodness he did because it could have/would have burst open anytime. Please have Ross be my permanent service technician. Thank You Ross. I LOVE GUYS!

  Benjamin Called before coming. Educated me on the issues and explained the solutions. careful in the home wearing booties. Did excellent work and was knowledgeable. I certainly will recommend him and the company to my friends.
