  Installed a new furnace and ac unit in my home. Excellent service. Sometime it may take a couple calls to get them out for a non-urgent matter but that is due to them being busy. Used several times in past, will continue to use them. Good people !

  From quote to finish excellent! Office , plumbers, and additional staff excellent! They cleaned up after cast removed and replaced concrete and plumbing. Will use forever.

  I rent a home in st. James Minnesota. In July of 2017 the owners of the building contracted with Bruce's plumbing to replace the heating system in the house because the existing system could not maintain temperature. No one showed up until October 2017 when they came cut a hole in the roof to put in the vent system for a gas furnace and disconnected the central air. The snow started so they never returned all winter. In the summer of 2018 when I had no air conditioning because they had disconnected and not replaced the system. I went all winter was the old heat system and started the summer of 2018 with no air conditioner system they finally brought in a temporary portable AC unit and hooked into my kitchen window a free standing portable air conditioner. They finally returned in the fall of 2018 when I was needing the heat and finally put in the furnace connected it up hooked up the air-conditioning have fired up the system and left. I had to have my landlord come and shut off my gas meter because what I started running the heat and the house was filling up with gas because there was a gas leak in the gas line to the furnace waited a couple weeks at least before they ever came back to check it and found a bad fitting and replaced it. I never needed air conditioning because it was cold and I was using the heater. In June 01, 2019 when I first turned the air conditioner on because I had company and it was hot. We then had water leaking from the air conditioner tru the air filter compartment dripping down on my computer desk and floor in my dining room, they were called by the property owners and never came out for several weeks several calls for service finally one came out that about 2 minutes said he thought he had it fixed. But it is now July 10. It has now damaged ceiling in my bedroom still ignoring calls for service property is being damaged by the water leak from their work would ever had a leak before they worked on the heater they ignore call and do not return. Extremely bad workmanship and service I would not recommend this company to anyone.
