  This company installed our natural gas boiler three years ago and we were very happy with the technician who did the installation. His name was Justin I believe and he was great. The owner was friendly with us at that time too. We had been bad and had not not had it serviced and called several weeks ago to schedule one. The owner said they’d get by when they could but had no specific date. Which is understandable at least because companies are super busy now. However today it stopped working and the owner of the company stopped by to look at it. After looking at it for 1.5-2 hours he told us we needed an expensive part that was out of stock and couldn’t give us an estimate on when his supplier would get it back in. With no heat or water I wanted to look around online and see if I could find one faster. When I asked what part it was he would not provide the part number, just a general description of the part. I was able to contact another part supplier and they said that the part I was told was needed was not an actual part for the boiler. They gave us the best guess of what part that would be in our boiler model however when I called willettes to confirm if that was the part that was needed the owner still would not provide a part number for the part he was saying we needed. He did at this point say he could get the part tomorrow, however in further consultation with the supply company and the technical support for the boiler manufacturer I was told the error code actually indicated an ignition issue and no part was probably needed. I contacted Augusta Natural Gas, a technician came out this same evening and fixed the problem in 20 minutes with no parts needed. Just cleaning the ignition rods. I was very disturbed that I was quoted a part that was quite expensive when all it needed was a cleaning. I’m not sure if it was intentional or accidental but people should beware.

  He came out to our camp last week to fix a leaking line. He didn't have time and said he'd be back on Wednesday (today). My husband waited all day for Bruce or anyone to show up and no one came. We called both phone numbers and got no response. If he didn't want to take care of our problem should have just said so and I would have called someone else. Very disappointed.

  We recently bought a new home. The furnace would not work. Had lots if issues and was submerged in 3 feet of water. We had a different tech come that did a couple of short cuts. Was supposed to come back the next day. He ghosted us. So, we reached out to Bruce J Willette. He promptly had a tech (Justin) and assistant at our home. Within a few hours we were up and running. Everything was completed correctly and professionally. Highly recommend!
