  This is what happened to me. Was getting new toilet and new flooring installed. Browning removed the toilet to install new one and removed pedestal sink and were to reinstall sink once floors installed. He did not have the right tool to remove sink. Went to Lowe’s to get tool and was gone 1hour 15 minutes. He broke the pedestal sink and when he carried it out banged it into new custom storm door and scratched it. He was also having trouble removing the faucet. He tried to tell me the faucet was soldered to sink and that is why he was having trouble removing the faucet. He was on the phone with someone trying to tell him how to do it for 45 minutes. The shut off valve was damaged and leaking and I asked him to put new valve on it and he said it was fine and put the line in to a bucket???? He installed the new toilet and denied doing anything wrong. 8 days later the toilet leaked all over new floor. They did address that issue. This whole issue cost me money. I will not use them again!

  Very unprofessional called for my dad on the Dec 30. Called back and was told my dad was next on the list. Here it is January 10 my father hasn’t gotten a call from them at all. Have used this plumber for awhile. Would not recommend..

  Extremely Unprofessional, the woman at the desk (Kelly) is VERY rude! She is short tempered and doesn’t allow you to speak while acting annoyed that she even has to answer the phone. They are unorganized and loose bills that have been paid and may try to come back to try to make you pay twice so KEEP PROOF OF PAYMENT! They also left a big mess at my property and said they were bringing gravel back and never followed through. I do NOT recommend using this joke of a company!
