  Got off work and came home out furnace stopped working and wouldn't kick on, Browns came out same day in a very timely manner. The tech they sent out ways very respectful and observant especially when it came to our kids, as we have 4 running around and it didn't seem to bother him at all. Browns was able to address and fix the problem within two hrs. Overall very happy with the company's performance!

  I have hired Browns more than 7 times for services . Browns has not fixed the problem because when it’s cold out my furnace malfunctions randomly.every yr. or more. Browns have been paid in full But states I was late paying them 1 time of 7 plus device calls and now I’m on a low in a in house rating system and all my payments are to be cash No worries On the cash . It’s the principle and the light weight anger, misplaced frustration tone of the customer service rep...the force she hung up the phone.with was unprofessional . As for me and My House, No More Browns for us!

  Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our services. I do show we have been to your house 6 times. The majority of those were for plumbing issues. When we were there last to work on your furnace it did not act up for us. We performed a full clean & service and cycled the unit several times. We will gladly get you scheduled to check that out if you like. Please call the office to schedule. Regarding you being put on a "house rating system", we do not report late payments to anyone until we send you to collections and you are not in that status with us.

  Terrible service beware. Came out charged us for all the major parts to fix our furnace totaling over $2000 in the course of 1.5 years. Starting with the same problem and always ending with the same problem. So nothing every getting permanently fixed. Then when the last guy came out whatever he did made our furnace no longer work at all. Had to immediately call another company because our house was under 50 degrees and it was less then 10 degrees out. Getting colder by the minute. Just call another company. They will take all your money almost totalling a new furnace and leave you in the cold.
