  Browns Plumbing was wonderful. They were very helpful and thorough in helping to determine our problem. Our technician was knowledgeable and professional. He made this difficult situation manageable for us. I would use them again and again.

  We called Brown Plumbing this morning about a bathroom and kitchen leak; the representative advised we’d have someone here between 4 pm and 6 pm. The plumber was extremely communicative and arrived just before 4 pm. Excellent service! Robert was very professional and so kind. I highly recommend Brown Plumbing!!

  If you go by the positive reviews on this page you would think that this is actually a reliable company but you are sadly mistaken. I called to book service and the operator gave me a time frame in which the Plummer should reach my house from 9 am to 12pm. I called at 12:05 to let them know that no one has called or tried to reach out to me in regards to my appointment. She stated that she would give the Plummer a call and ask him to call with a ETA. 2 hours later and still no call. I called another 2 times that day just to continue to get the run around. A supervisor finally reached out to me stating that someone will be at my house tomorrow at 1pm. Against my better judgement I agreed to try this company again. The following day I waited until 1:05pm and still no no call/no show. When I called the operator she stated that she can not control the Plummer's all she does is makes their schedule. This is not how you run a business. It is Nothing reliable nor professional about this company. If you are unable to do a job you should let the customer know not have them waiting all day just to say you cant come or you just do not show up at all. From the scheduling coordinators all the way down to the unprofessional Plummer's I would not recommend the Plumbing service to anyone!!!!!!!!
