  I have had nothing but exceptional service and fair pricing from this firm for the past 10 years. Everything from complete bathroom installation, whirlpool tub install, new toilets, sewer line unclog, drain unclog, dishwasher drain, repair leaks, and install of an up flush toilet in a basement bathroom. All the work performed was complete and never needed to be redone, plumbers on the job were professional, neat, clean, and through. Best plumbing company in the city of Louisville.

  They have fixed two issues in our rental home, one on emergency status on a weekend that required digging up the sewer main. They are very friendly, easy to work with and very thorough. If I ever need them again I'll be happy to call!

  My condo's property manager has some deal set-up with this inexperienced crew. While they have been handling our building's needs things have only gotten worse and they are they main culprit, always doing the cheapest fix instead of the professional one. Instead of tracking down leaks carefully they simply destroy walls until they come across a problem, usually fixing it with a band aid instead of truly addressing the problem. Recently they came for a problem in another unit but wound-up halving my water pressure, a situation they have yet to rectify!
