  Weird to open up with We cant service you today. Then follow up with nothing else. I'm fairly aware of how busy you guys are. But pretty bad customer service to not follow up with anything else. Almost makes it sound like you don't want business, and slightly disrespectful. Its cool. I know it takes time. No need to insult me though.

  Brothers Plumbing is AWESOME! I woke up this morning to a cracked pipe underneath the bathroom sink. It was spraying water absolutely everywhere and I was only able to stop the leak by turning off the water main. After calling EVERY single plumbing company on the Olympic Peninsula and being told that they could not help me for 2-4 weeks (even though my house was flooding). Brothers Plumbing answered the phone right away and within 30 minutes a plumber called me back and informed me they were available and could send someone out immediately! Within 10 minutes, Nick arrived at the house and promptly fixed the leak in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, informative and provided incredible service. For any future needs, I’m using Brothers Plumbing.

  The plumbers from this business have worked for me 3 times. They put a 3/4 bath in a garage, fixed my shower in another house, and today one of their guys removed my old disposal and installed new plumbing under the kitchen sink. Friendly, knowledgeable workers and prices I can live with on a senior budget.
