  I had a wonderful experience with Bross plumbing. I was out of town and had to handle getting a new hot water heater over the phone. They were reliable, trustworthy and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs! 5 star service for sure!

  We had called another plumber about 1 month ago because our hot water wasn't as hot as it used to be. According to our AO Smith water heater manual it was a lower heating element. The other plumber came and said our hot water heater was fine - no problem - cost $300!!!! Tim Bross came - replaced lower and upper heating elements and thermostat, put new flush kits in two toilets and replaced our refrigerator filter. He was prompt, neat, pleasant, a totally positive experience and is will be our forever go-to plumber. HE'S AWESOME!!!!
