  An appointment was made for 1-3-22 by the person that referred them. The appointment was between 10 am- 12 pm. I never got a call stating that the person would be late. He showed up at 12:25. When working, this is an important step for communication. The original call was for a water pressure issue. When he arrived he looked at the pump and the tank. We then went to the basement sink, where I had another issue, but we needed to get the water pressure. The tech spent most of the time trying to take the faucet apart for an obstruction causing blocking of water flow. He then stated that the faucet should be replaced. At this point I wanted the quickest repair. He said that he could go get one at the warehouse, and that he would be gone for an hour. I would have to pay for the drive time. I agreed only because at this point I wanted the sink fixed as well, and we were already an hour in to the call. He left, brought back a faucet. Continued to work on the sink. When he was done, yes I was glad I had water in the basement sink, I then asked him to please respond in regard to the water pressure issue for the house. He stated he didn't think the tank was bad, that the switch needed adjusted. This only took him approximately 10 minutes. He said that he noted that if it continues that they would come back and consider something else. The reason for the review...the cost for basically the faucet replacement and the drive time included was $421.28 including the $69.00 faucet, a service call, and three hours labor. The water pressure is still not great, which was the main call. The person that referred had much better success. To top off the frustration. The check that I wrote, which was scanned and sent electronically by the technician, was just sent to the bank three weeks later.

  Had a great experience with Brooklyn Plumbing, very professional and operated quickly. I called them on a Monday morning, within 4 hours they were able to make it to my house to take care of my water line. It only took them about 20 to 30 minutes to replace a corroded plug in the pipe.

  Called yesterday morning after Crystal Flash told me my oil tank was half full. Explained to them that we had absolutely no heat and my house was at 52°. The manager of the company didn't have anything available until Wednesday but moved things around and got me in between 10-noon today(Tuesday). Thank you for fitting me into your schedule to come out & find out what was going on with our heat. Really appreciate it.
