Great company.  Fast service. Technicians were on time and knowledgeable.

I called on Friday at lunchtime, left a voicemail with my phone number, this is Monday at 6:09pm. Not a call back at all.

We are new home owners. The house is build in the 1960. We needed to get the septic inspected, pumped and needed to know if our septic has a pump. The lady on the phone put me on hold and went to ask someone. She came back and said yes all of that is included. We were going to be at work during the job so I assumed they would leave me a note. When I returned home I could see where they dug, but had no voicemail or note. I called the lady and asked and she said she would check and get back with me. I waited a week and then finally received a bill. The description said “pumped tank”.  I am very frustrated. I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to charge me. I gave a detailed description on what I needed. I wanted to make sure later down the road I was NOT going to have raw sewer pouring into my house after a pump went out or something down there fails. I am trying to be proactive and not wait until my new kitchen becomes saturated with backed up sewer water. On a positive  note they did pump my tank.

Very professional, prompt and informative. They're happy to take the time to explain the system and answer any questions. They pumped/cleaned the tank and lift station. Their work is very clean and left no mess. Very happy.

Call to get my septic tank pumped they was there the next am. Very nice. Called ahead to left me know that they would be there 30 minutes early and if I still needed them.... Definitely would recommend them and use them again.

Very professional, listened to my concern, there was a big gap between two of the septic tank covers and dirt as well as rain water was falling into the tank, John's solution was to replace one of the covers to fit. When he returned to install the new cover he and his partner worked for a while sliding the covers together tightly they found that the end section overlapped outside of the tank so they slid it over closed all gaps and sealed them. NO NEED FOR A NEW COVER, saved me lots of money. I recommend them

Waited all day for them to arrive and no one showed up even called the office 2 hours before closing and left massages . Now it’s  the weekend and can’t find someone to come out.
