  They were very nice. I had them come check a gas smell coming from the heater vents. When Roger came out to check he informed me the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide in the house. They looked for a new furnace for me. Yesterday when they called to see how were doing. I let them know we had been fine and were just keeping the house warm with some space heaters. With the colder weather again they were so kind and managed to get us our new furnace in and running. Will definitely recommend their services.

  Used them for a new build. No heat vent for my laundry room, missing cold air returns, and the duct work was very shotty. Water softener repeatedly failed, missing parts for the humidifier,charged me for a high end thermt then told me not to use any of the functions. They wouldn't return my calls. Two years later Brian calls me up looking for money. I told him I would be happy to pay him when they fixed the ploblems... Never heard from them again. Word around is they do fairly good work,but if something is wrong you will never get them to come back.

  So far they areunrealiable. I'm not impressed! They have a job to do and they have postponed for 3 weeks. We are on time constraints and they do not seem to care. Very disappointed and we will not be going through them with any future projects. It seems like Brian is very flaky and can't handle his projects. Small town and word travels fast when you put projects on the back burner and treat people the way we've been treated. Update- 5 months later and they still have not finished the project. If you want a long term project, DO NOT GO WITH THEM!
