  Their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever sign up for autopay. They tried to prevent us from canceling. Talked to several Brinks service representatives who claimed they were handling it. I was even hung up on. Nightmare!

  Waited 40 minutes for customer service. Then 28 minutes only to be hung on . The 1st system was defective the 2 one was also. This company is not worth the hassle.
