  They go by the names of Bright Star Plumbing and First Response. NEVER USE! I wish I could give negative stars. This company is a complete disaster and will bring disaster to you. No one in the company including the owner is a licensed plumber and they have inadequate equipment. I had continuous sewage flooding for three weeks, very upsetting. They came (always hours late), did a partial job, and never honored a warranty. They told me I had various problems which necessitated breaking up the floor, eager for the money. New plumbing company—real—solved the problem in five minutes.

  Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.

  Bright star was the only company to come out at 11:00PM on a sat night. We have a newborn and desperately need the house heating restored douring the deep freez. Truly thankful for your service.
