Had Bright Side out to resolve a chronic issue with our kitchen sink. They did a great job fixing what others had installed incorrectly, had excellent communication throughout, and did the work for a fair price. They also saved us from buying another faucet by pointing out that our current faucet had a lifetime warranty! Appreciate the honesty for sure!! We will definitely call them again!

I had water leak from toilet caused by broken bidet’s hose. Instead of just removing the old hose and replacing it with the new one Mr Barker went way above and beyond my expectations and replaced the entire old bidet with a new and upgraded one with no extra charge. Wow … unbelievable. I’m very happy with their professional manor and their expertise in their profession. Mr barker and his partner James are everything you would expect from a great business. I recommend the Bright Side plumbing company to anyone who has plumbing issues and looking for someone who knows what’s he doing with lots of experience able to do the job done right with a very reasonable price. These guys are the most honest and fair people you would ever meet compare to other companies. Thanks again Kalen and James
